The Body Geometry method: evolution has led us to walk, not pedal, which could result in foot collapse or misalignment of foot, knee, and hip. Carbon sole: The Torch 3.0 features a lightweight uni-directional carbon sole that provides balanced rigidity throughout the shoe, using less material and thus reducing overall weight. This sole ensures very efficient power transfer, quite similar to that of the S-Works shoe. Large rubber inserts on the sole, at the toe and heel, provide stability and traction when dismounting the bike to place the foot at the traffic light or to restart.
