The REAR WHEEL ZIPP 303 S CARBON TUBELESS-READY DISC BRAKE provides all the versatility needed while maintaining the speed today’s cyclists demand.
The wheel is only tubeless, mounts only on road bikes with disc brakes and can fit wide tires at low pressures, allowing easy handling on unpaved roads.
The 303 S are among the lightest wheels in the Zipp lineup and are optimized to guarantee the best aerodynamic performance with a 28 mm tire, but can mount tires suitable for off-road up to 50 mm in width.
The external rim width is increased by 2 mm, to 27 mm, and the tire bed is 7 mm wider (23 mm internal width).
The ability to inflate the tire to lower pressures reduces rolling resistance for an even more comfortable ride.
Pedaling on flat ground at 40 km/h with a 28 mm tire saves 10 watts.
