REAR BRAKE HOPE XCR PRO X2
The new HOPE XCR PRO X2 is an ultra-lightweight brake for cross-country, marathon, and trail riding. It is based on the X2 caliper and the lever is made of carbon to reduce weight without sacrificing performance, and it rolls on new bushings that reduce friction.
The main cylinder is integrated into the brake body and positions the lever pivot away from the handlebars: this type of configuration allows for a large hydraulic reservoir for easy and quick bleeding.
The brake body is CNC machined and anodized and the new clamp design makes it easy to install the brake on the bike.
The brake features an integrated direct mount for Shimano I-Spec shifters and the lever is adjusted with a 2 mm hex key.
The brake uses the X2 caliper but uses lighter pads with aluminum backing, a lower profile, and a lighter tube connector.
