The tire features the innovative EXO+ protection that protects against punctures and cuts on the sidewalls and tread. Maxxis' EXO+ protection represents the combination of two materials: SilkShield and Exo for better resistance and protection against punctures. SilkShield is a layer that runs from bead to bead while EXO+ is positioned along the sidewalls. These two materials increase tread protection from punctures by 27%, sidewall protection by 51%, and the耐짱 resistance to squirming by 28%.
The installation of this tire can also be done with a tubeless system.
