The Maxxis Dissector G2 29x2.40 tyre is the second generation of the Dissector, reworked to give you more grip, stability and predictability on a wide range of terrain, especially on hardpacked, fast surfaces. The redesigned side knobs have a larger contact area and deform less under load, for secure cornering even when you push hard. The centre keeps the 2-3-2 layout, but the central group is now split into individual knobs that improve braking and conformity to the ground, while the transition knobs moved outwards make leaning more progressive. The dual-ply 2x120 TPI DoubleDown casing protects against pinch flats and cuts, and the 3C MaxxGrip compound delivers maximum traction. Great as a front tyre on trail bikes paired with a fast-rolling rear, or as a rear tyre on enduro bikes in dry conditions.
