Q36.5 VEST L1 ESSENTIAL GILET

The Q36.5 VEST L1 ESSENTIAL GILET is designed to be worn by those who ride road bikes: it offers high protection and is really compact in size. This gilet is both waterproof and windproof, it is lightweight (weight 137 g) and is perfect to be worn in all seasons.
It is made of UF Hybrid Shell fabric, a brushed/fleeced material which, constructed without a membrane (which would provide windproof or water-repellent properties), is woven on the outer side at such an incredibly high density that it creates a degree of wind resistance comparable to traditional soft shell fabric, while maintaining high breathability.
The most sensitive cyclists will immediately be able to feel the advantages of this gilet during the longest descents since it quickly wicks away sweat and keeps the body always dry and cool.
The gilet undergoes a treatment before weaving for water repellency and quick drying times, instead of the classic finish on the completed fabric. This choice allows the yarns to preserve their natural characteristics.
The model has been conceived according to the same fit principle as the L1 short-sleeved jersey and constructed following the same advanced tailoring techniques. No rear pocket, but rather two invisible slits to provide access to the rear pockets of the jersey or jacket worn under the gilet. Full-length 3 mm cam Lock reflective zipper.
