FRONT BRAKE HOPE XCR PRO X2
The new HOPE XCR PRO X2 is an ultra-lightweight brake for cross-country, marathon and trail riding. It is based on the X2 caliper and the lever is carbon, to reduce weight without sacrificing performance and it runs on new bushings that reduce friction.
The main cylinder is integrated into the brake body and positions the lever pin away from the handlebar: this type of configuration allows for a large hydraulic reservoir for easy and fast bleeding.
The brake body is CNC machined anodized and the new clamp design makes it easy to install the brake on the MTB.
The model is equipped with an integrated direct mount for Shimano I-Spec shifts and the lever is adjustable with a 2 mm Allen key.
The brake uses the X2 caliper but uses lighter pads with an aluminum backing, a lower profile, and a lighter tube connector.
