The insole, lightweight, grippy, and minimal, is specifically designed for this shoe and offers both maximum grip on the pedals and maximum comfort while pedaling, while the internal plate optimizes pedaling power without compromising comfort while walking.
The outsole is made of Ultratac™ rubber compound with prominent lugs to provide maximum grip and durability. The two-bolt cleat system is compatible with all major pedal manufacturers.

• Place your heel on a piece of paper while lightly touching a wall behind you.
• Make a mark at the end of your longest toe on the paper, then measure the distance from the wall to that mark.
