Through numerous prototype tests with varying degrees of ovality, it has been found that 115% (from the center upwards) is optimal. This adequately reduces the dead spot and provides the same perfect chain retention and quietness of round chainrings. Shortening the dead spot at the top and bottom of the power curve allows you to return to the power phase of pedal rotation sooner.
CORONA OVALE BURGTEC THICK THIN CINCH CHAINRING KEY FEATURES:

- All Burgtec chainrings are +/- 2 teeth, so: 30T has a combination of increased power phase 32T and dead spot 28T. 32T has a combination of increased power phase 34T and dead spot 30T.
