Schwalbe diventa the prima azienda in the bicycle sector to use a new carcass structure, something that the mondo of automotive had already tested and used, but this technology makes its debut with the new Schwalbe tyres. It abandons the carcass structure with the positioning of the filaments at 45°. The construction of the carcass has an arrangement of the threads with a more obtuse angle. Shredda Gravity is a Schwalbe novelty that adopts the Radial construction and is available in front or rear version with differentiated tread designs; its ideal terrain is that tackled with e-bikes on softer and muddier ground. At the front the tread has a thickness that Schwalbe had never yet produced, with 10 mm height on the shoulders and 8 in the center. The central knobs are shaped like pyramids to resist abrasion and stabilize control, while the angled shoulder knobs deform and close up while riding.
