The Cervélo S5 RED AXS is Cervélo’s flagship aero road bike, the same bike Team Visma | Lease a Bike races in the biggest classics and Grand Tours. It is built for pure speed on the flat, in sprints and in breakaways.
The latest-generation S5 is 6.3 watts faster and 124 g lighter than its predecessor and, according to Cervélo, on average at least 5 watts faster than rival aero bikes. Most of the gain comes from the front end, with a deeper head tube and Bayonet fork legs and the new one-piece HB19 cockpit, while the asymmetric seat tube works together with the rear wheel.
