The 360° Turbine technology is a valid alternative to the MIPS system and can reduce the risk of concussion by up to 30% and the rotational acceleration of head and brain by up to 40%. The helmet contains turbines made of Armourgel®, a 3D-molded material that absorbs energy. The advantage is that there is no need to use a second shell, thus increasing overall wearing comfort.
