Here is the lightest and fastest alloy dual-suspension bike in the world, now in a completely redesigned ultra-performing EVO version. 18.4% lighter than other bikes in its class and with the same geometry and kinematics as our Epic 8 EVO downcountry beast, the new Chisel Comp EVO is designed to rip down trails like never before. SPEED METAL. Thanks to D'Aluisio Smartweld technology, the Chisel Comp EVO has the lightest alloy frame in its cross-country category. The expertly crafted tubes feature different wall thicknesses and shapes to bring stiffness, efficiency, and, at the same time, fluidity, comfort, and handling whenever you need them most.

EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE. With a range of technical features tailored for the trails, including an extra 130 mm of front travel, the Chisel EVO devours the roughest terrain with ease. Thanks to advanced suspension kinematics with Ride Dynamics tuning and progressive geometry, the Chisel Comp EVO can tackle the most demanding rides at speed and with confidence.

UNPARALLELED EFFICIENCY. The Chisel Comp EVO offers the most efficient pedal stroke in its category because it leverages the geometry and kinematics of our Epic 8 EVO. The highly inclined seat tube optimizes pedaling position to save energy on descents, while the refined anti-squat reduces bob. The result? When you pedal with the Chisel Comp EVO, every watt generated is used to give you maximum propulsion.

COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE. We developed a rear triangle with flex stays to maximize suspension performance, removing the extra weight and maintenance of pins used in traditional models. Field and lab tests show that with this solution, more common on carbon bikes, the Chisel Comp EVO achieves the impossible: the efficiency, handling, and lightness of an advanced alloy design, with flex stays.

HYDROFORMED ALLOY. The Chisel Comp EVO saves material and weight thanks to a hydroformed seat tube in a single piece that integrates the seat post, main pivot, and bottom bracket shell. In more traditional bikes, these elements are welded to the seat tube.
