Here is the lightest and fastest alloy full-suspension bike in the world, now in a completely renewed ultra high-performance EVO version. 18.4% lighter than other similar bikes and with the same geometry and kinematics as our downcountry beast Epic 8 EVO, the new Chisel Comp EVO is designed to shoot down the trails like never before. SPEED METAL. Thanks to D'Aluisio Smartweld technology, the Chisel Comp EVO has the lightest aluminum frame in the cross-country category. The masterfully engineered tubes have different thicknesses and shapes to provide stiffness, efficiency and, at the same time, smoothness, comfort, and handling whenever you need it most.

EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE. With a series of trail-specific technical features, including a higher 130 mm front travel, the Chisel EVO devours the roughest off-road terrain with ease. Thanks to the advanced suspension kinematics with Ride Dynamics tuning and progressive geometry, the Chisel Comp EVO is able to tackle the most demanding rides with speed and safety.

UNPARALLELED EFFICIENCY. The Chisel Comp EVO offers the most efficient pedaling in its category because it exploits the geometry and kinematics of our Epic 8 EVO. The very steep seat tube optimizes the pedaling position to help you save energy on the descents, while the refined anti-squat reduces bobbing. The result? When you pedal the Chisel Comp EVO, every watt you generate is used to give you maximum propulsion.

COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE. We have developed a rear triangle with flex stays to maximize suspension performance, eliminating the additional weight and maintenance requirements of the pivots used in traditional designs. Field and lab tests show that with this solution, more common on carbon bikes, the Chisel Comp EVO has achieved the impossible: the efficiency, handling, and lightness of an advanced alloy design, with flex stays.

HYDROFORMED ALLOY. The Chisel Comp EVO saves material and weight thanks to a one-piece hydroformed seat tube that integrates the seatstay pivot, main pivot, and bottom bracket shell. On more traditional bikes, these elements are instead welded to the seat tube.
