EVIL THE EPOCALYPSE FOX XT LOOPHOLES HYDRA BIKE

The EVIL THE EPOCALYPSE BIKE is the prima e-mtb from the casa in Bellingham. The bike takes inspiration from the Wreckoning, features a carbon fiber frame, 29” wheels and the capacity, sizes and suspension for the most demanding off-road use. It also has the typical Delta System suspension layout designed by Dave Weagle for Evil and modified for the adoption of the Shimano EP8 motor.
The bike has 166 mm rear travel, a Fox 38 Factory fork, Fox Float X2 Factory shock, one-piece rear triangle with SuperBoost thru-axle (12x157 mm) and can fit 220 mm rotors and tyres up to 2.6".

EVIL THE EPOCALYPSE FOX XT LOOPHOLES HYDRA BIKE MAIN FEATURES:

• Shimano EP8 motor that pumps up to 85 Nm of torque into the pedals.
• The integrated 630 Wh battery is the meeting point between maximum range and minimum weight. The way these watts are consumed or conserved depends only on you.
• The EP8 motor with Evil tuning offers two power profiles to go wild with: profile 1 delivers the maximum Epocalyptic watts while profile 2 delivers more conservative power, so you can cover the distance without fear of an unexpected stop.
• The Shimano E-Tube Project app allows you to adjust support and assist modes and torque settings for a truly customized experience.
• 35 mm carbon handlebar with internal cable routing. It has a 35 mm rise, 5° upsweep and 8° backsweep and is suitable for a width of 760-810 mm.
• The new split-yoke design allows us to keep short 442 mm chainstays, enabling riders to maneuver on incredibly technical climbs and easily lift for manuals and trail features. The combination with a wider main pivot and a unified one-piece rear triangle results in greater stiffness and strength, so you can flex on your riding buddies instead of on your bike.
• The wide 157 mm dropout spacing allows us to achieve a wider, stiffer spoke pattern and a wider rear end. The rear-end design has been conceived to support tyre clearance around a 29 x 2.6" tread, allowing you to have all the rubber you need to keep the wheels on the ground without sacrificing the playful feel of the rear end.
• The flip-chip allows you to lower the bottom bracket and slacken the front end for a more aggressive position, without changing the characteristic DELTA leverage curve.
• A robust custom skid plate, an integrated chain guard and rubber stay protection safeguard the bike.
