The BICYCLE CANNONDALE TOPSTONE CARBON 1 RLE is the perfect gravel bike to tackle everything from dirt roads to singletrack. Thanks to the grip and comfort of the Kingpin suspension, nothing is off-limits. The KingPin suspension increases comfort without adding extra weight and complexity to the shock linkage: whether you need more comfort for long rides, more traction for cornering at the limit, or greater absorption on technical trails, Kingpin is the light, maintenance-free answer.
The SmartSense system, consisting of a rear-view radar and smart lights that increase awareness and visibility on open roads, lets you pedal with complete safety and awareness.
Low-friction bushings, positioned on the KingPin suspension through-axle, ensure smooth operation and maintenance-free reliability for a saving of over 100 grams compared to traditional bearings.
The new low-slung tapered fork design allows mounting tires up to 700x45 mm or 27.5"x2.1 leaving 6 mm of wheel clearance on both sides and with standard spacing for easy wheel changes.
The Proportional Response design, specific to each size, provides all the rigidity needed for each frame size and all the superb feel that Topstone is known for.
The bike mounts the lightweight and smooth HollowGram G-SL 27 wheels in carbon, perfect for Gravel. The 27 mm internal width is perfect if you want to mount bigger tires, and the 21 mm deep profile improves rolling resistance on loose surfaces. With the DT Aerolite spokes and DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs the wheelset weighs only 1325 g.
The OutFront geometry makes the bike stable, safe, maneuverable and agile. The extended fork offset and the open headset angle keep the steering lively and easy to control, while still offering maximum safety at high speeds on rough terrain.
The integrated wheel sensor communicates with the Cannondale App and collects detailed information on speed, route, and distance traveled. It also allows you to register the bike and perform maintenance when needed.
The bike can mount a 27.2 mm dropper with internal cable routing: a must-have for two wheels.
Thanks to the bottle cage mounts and supports positioned on the frame and fork, the bike is ready to be loaded.
