The CANNONDALE TOPSTONE CARBON 1 RLE BIKE is the perfect gravel bike to tackle everything from dirt roads to singletrack. Thanks to the grip and comfort of the Kingpin suspension, nothing is off-limits. The KingPin suspension increases comfort without adding extra weight and complexity to the shock pivots: whether more comfort is needed for long rides, more traction is required to corner at the limit, or greater absorption is needed for more technical trails, Kingpin is the lightweight, maintenance-free answer.
The SmartSense system, consisting of rearview radar and intelligent lights that increase awareness and visibility on open roads, allows you to ride in complete safety and awareness at all times.
The low-friction bushings positioned on the thru-axle of the KingPin suspension ensure smooth operation and maintenance-free reliability, saving over 100 grams compared to traditional bearings.
The new design with dropped chainstays allows the mounting of tyres up to 700x45 mm or 27.5"x2.1 while leaving 6 mm of tyre clearance on both sides and with standard dish for very easy wheel changes.
The size-specific Proportional Response design offers all the stiffness needed for each frame size and all the superb feel for which the Topstone is known.
The bike is equipped with light and smooth-rolling Hollowgram G-SL 27 carbon wheels, perfect for gravel. The 27 mm internal width is ideal if you want to fit larger tyres, and the 21 mm deep profile improves rolling on dirt. With DT Aerolite spokes and DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs, the wheelset weighs only 1325 g.
The OutFront geometry makes the bike stable, safe, maneuverable and agile. The extended fork offset and slack head angle keep the steering lively and easy to handle while still offering maximum confidence at high speeds on rough terrain.
The integrated wheel sensor communicates with the Cannondale App and captures detailed information about speed, route and distance travelled. It also allows you to register the bike and carry out maintenance when necessary.
The bike can be fitted with a 27.2 mm dropper seatpost with internal cable routing: a must have for two wheels.
Thanks to the bottle cage mounts and the mounts positioned on the frame and fork, the bike is ready to be loaded.
