In other words, exactly what e-MTB riders have been waiting for. The Moterra SL might simply be the most fun mountain bike we have ever made.

With the thrill of full power and the agility of a lightweight bike, the Moterra SL 1 is designed to go faster, tackle more demanding trails, and deliver excellent performance on every type of terrain.

Our lightest full-power eMTB frame has 150 mm of tuned Proportional Response suspension and FlexPivot chainstays to maximize traction without adding weight. A custom Shimano EP801 motor unit delivers 85 Nm of torque the very moment your legs demand it, while the 601 Wh battery ensures generous range in a lightweight package.

The full Fox Factory setup and tough DT Swiss XM 1700 wheels follow the terrain with unwavering grip, the SRAM XO AXS drivetrain offers precise wireless shifting, and the “mullet” wheelset—29” front and 27.5” rear—perfectly balances fun and precise handling.

Lots of power, little weight.

Electric mountain bikes with this much power have never been this light. The lightweight carbon frame features our FlexPivot technology to save weight, and houses a customized battery that packs more watts per kilo than any other on the market. This unmatched power-to-weight ratio makes riding incredibly fun.

Full throttle

The power comes from a customized version of the Shimano EP801: the lightest motor capable of delivering the big power we were looking for. With 85 Nm of torque and a peak output of 600 W, it brings maximum power into the realm of lightweight e-bikes.

Maximum power

We developed custom ride modes for the Moterra SL, specifically optimized for the kind of high-speed rides this machine encourages. Four different assistance levels, easily adjustable while riding, help you choose between maximum range, monstrous power, or the ideal mix of both. Laid-back or full gas, every ride on the Moterra SL will be exactly how you want it.

Superb handling

At first glance, it looks a bit crazy: an adjustable slack head angle like a DH bike, the long reach and steep seat angle of a modern trail bike, suspension configuration and geometry fully customized by size. When you put all these dettagli together, you get a truly incredible bike.

Lively suspension

Much more than a weight-saving trick, our robust FlexPivot stays are also the heart of our suspension design; acting as a Horst link, they in fact create a true four-bar system, allowing our engineers to tune the perfetto suspension response to the loads. The result? Incredible traction, confident braking, and a playful feeling that will have you pushing to the limit.
