BCA HP2.5 203 MM ROTOR
The BCA HP2.5 203 MM rotor, 203 mm, has been designed to overcome the most common problems encountered on bike rotors even under particularly heavy use.
The low steel braking track, with its distinctive profile, ensures:
- Better pad grip.
- Better heat exchange.
- Reduced lateral bending stresses at operating temperatures.
- Weight: 262 g.
- Thickness: 2.400 mm.
The aluminum spider, specific to each diameter, allows the use of low tracks, decreases lateral stresses, and reduces weight.
HOW THE BCA HP2.5 203 MM ROTOR IS ASSEMBLED
The spider and track are riveted (“nailed”) to reduce vibrations transmitted from the rotor to the pad and consequently to the pistons; a fixed rotor also improves pad bite in the initial part of braking.
Braking remains always precise and consistent, and the HP2.5 allows E-Bike use even in place of a 3 mm rotor.
THE ROTOR IS ANODIZED AND THEREFORE THE UNIFORMITY OF THE ANODIZATION IS NOT GUARANTEED
