The SANTA CRUZ HECKLER 9 C S MX is an e-mtb with a larger swappable battery (720wh from 504wh), allowing riders to expand their map of routes, accessing trails previously unreachable, unlocking less-used paths and getting more in less time.
What sets Santa Cruz e-bikes apart from the crowd is the bike’s track behavior: the frame’s layering and design are robust enough to handle the amount of riding ebikes enable.
The geometry has been refined through numerous tests and feedback to make riding fun both uphill and downhill. Finally, the legendary VPP suspension has been tuned specifically for use on e-bikes. The 150 mm rear travel (with a 160 mm fork) makes the bike perfect for tackling all trails with a slightly lower anti-squat to ensure traction similar to glue on the climbs you’ll challenge.
