The modern frame uses Mondraker's Stealth Air Carbon technology, which ensures a lightweight yet durable construction. Specifically, the Arid features a distinctive twin-spar rear design, which improves compliance and comfort on rough terrain. The Arid weighs just 8.8 kg.

Geometry-wise, the Arid incorporates a longer reach and a slacker head angle, reminiscent of mountain bike setups, promoting stability and confidence on challenging trails. The bike can accommodate tires up to 50 mm, offering adaptability on a variety of surfaces. Practicality is further enhanced by the storage compartment integrated into the down tube, complete with custom pockets for essentials like spare tubes and tools.
