The Crank Brother Mallet E LS pedals are specially designed for Enduro; in fact, their concave aluminum platform with pins and two grips on each end provides a secure grip even when the shoe is not clipped in. The pedals are made with a lightweight alloy body, 6 adjustable pins on each side of the pedal, and a slightly beveled front portion to reduce the risk of contact with rocks. The pedal features a pin that is 5mm longer to achieve a Q-factor of 57 mm (compared to 52 mm of the Mallet E), which allows for a wider contact area with the shoe and increased bike control. They are particularly suited to riders with a wide pelvis as they promote stability and guarantee maximum comfort.
