The URGE ACTIVIST HELMET was born from the desire to obtain an excellent product while respecting the environment. To make this helmet, materials with a low environmental impact were used: the inner shell is made of EPS recycled, while the outer shell is finished with the coloring process dell'ABS to avoid the use of paint. The logo, embossed on the shell, has a better appearance and allows avoiding the use of stickers. The straps are made of recycled PET, the packaging contains the minimum amount of plastic bags and other unnecessary devices that end up directly in the bin; moreover, it is made of single-color cardboard. Naturally, along with all the virtuous details, Urge has not forgotten comfort, ventilation, look, and above all safety.

A product that is the result of collaboration with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, with whom we shared our CAD models and carried out finite element analysis (FEA) to study skull malleability in prima infanzia. This led us to use larger amounts of low-density foam, to better protect the heads of small children, which are more fragile and still growing.
DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION. Thanks to the collaboration with KTH and Mips, with Mio 2 we were able to increase the amount of low-density foam by 16.5%, with an increase in casco size of just 2.5%.
