Thanks to the chamfer on the outer circumference, inserting the brake rotor into the caliper is simplified. It ensures reliable braking even on long descents and in caso of continuous braking.
Trickstuff guarantees an extremely precise rotor thickness of plus/minus 0.005 millimeters; the final dimension is 2.05 millimeters. A special-quality stainless steel is used, hardened at 1,100°C and with a hardness of at least 36 HRC.
