The multiple reinforcements incorporated into the structure improve the overall resistance of the casing and ensure greater support when riding at low pressures: with a bead-to-bead nylon layer integrated into the casing plies and a thick hard rubber insert above the bead, HardWALL easily handles heavy loads and prevents punctures. Many reinforcement technologies are incorporated and combined with a 60 TPI nylon casing, resulting in a solid tyre construction, to the benefit of its reliability and ride quality, without compromising weight.
