The SPECIALIZED S-WORKS ARES ROAD 2023 SHOES are perfect for “attacking” on climbs, in solo breakaways or in sprints to the finish line, since it is in these moments that every watt counts. The Body Geometry features, such as the longitudinal arco, the metatarsal button and the varus wedge, offer high comfort, high performance and a lower risk of injuries. The correct alignment of hip, foot and knee reduces lateral/medial knee movement and protects circulation all the way to the toes.
The brand-new closure system, patent pending, ensures excellent support when pedalling “out of the sella”. The Dyneema®-reinforced, tongue-less inner and FACT Powerline™ carbon sole prevent the foot from moving inside the shoe, reduce strain on the tendons and ensure that every watt applied to the pedals is converted into motion. Compared to all the altri Specialized models these shoes are 1% faster.
