S-WORKS ROUBAIX SL8 – SRAM RED AXS
Two decades ago, we created the Road Endurance category, proving that ergonomics improve performance. Today, the Roubaix SL8 with the Future Shock 3.0 cartridge is lighter, faster, and more comfortable than any other road race bike. The road can be hellish beneath your tires, but in the saddle of the new Roubaix, it will feel like heaven.
Now available with the new SRAM RED AXS with power meter - the lightest electronic groupset ever - and Roval Terra CLX II tubeless-ready wheels.
- VIBRATION DAMPING: The Future Shock 3.0 cartridge is the new star in the firmament, more adjustable and resilient. Regardless of saddle position, every rider can exploit 20mm of travel, friction-free, between the handlebar stem and the head tube. Hands on the bars stay steady, ensuring a smoother ride with more control to be faster, safer, and more confident.
- The low-profile clamp design exposes a larger portion of the seat post to increase its flex. The Pavé seat post 'controls' this movement for optimal vertical-plane vibration absorption. Together these two features form the 'AfterShock' technology, and paired with the Roubaix’s rigid rear triangle, they create a smooth ride without compromising efficiency.

With the Future Shock 3.0 cartridge, the wheel clears the obstacle while the rider remains stable and maintains the line on rough terrain. - Roubaix makes you want to spend long days in the saddle, so we equipped it with everything you might need for bike adventures - three bottle cage mounts, a mount for a bag on the top tube, and provisions for possible mudguards. All that’s left for you is to go!
- PERFORMANCE: The new Roubaix SL8 is the most aerodynamic in its category, with new tube profiles generated by our Free Foil library and with lowered seat stays. Building on the Aethos project - the lightest mass-produced road bike - we created a new frame that weighs only 825 grams, on FACT carbon 12r and 50 grams lighter than the previous. No other bike in this category is faster or lighter than the new Roubaix.
