PZERO Race 4S TLR is the first all-season tubeless racing tire capable of delivering high grip in all weather conditions and greater puncture protection, while maintaining the characteristics of a PZERO Race performance tire. This result was achieved thanks to the combination of SPEEDCORE tubeless technology, the latest evolution in casing, and SMARTNET Silica, which has the best formulation for wet grip and chemical grip among Pirelli compounds. Like the rest of the PZERO Race range, the PZERO Race 4S TLR is produced in Italy at the new Bollate factory.

The SmartNET™ Silica technology from Pirelli provides low rolling resistance due to its natural anisotropic orientation, which reduces heat while increasing elasticity to minimize energy dissipation. Surprising wet grip. The elongated shape of the silica guarantees a larger bonding surface with water molecules, increasing its natural chemical affinity and thus ensuring safe wet-road handling. Puncture resistance and extended durability. The SmartNET™ Silica compound consists of elongated particles that are organized in an orderly manner within the compound itself, creating a strong structure and a durable tire.

SPEEDCORE

The most advanced tubeless-ready road structure in the Pirelli range foresees the use of a mixed-aramid compound layer that coats the tire's inner surface, enabling air retention. This new structure makes the tire more resistant, thanks to the presence of aramid, but at the same time less rigid and faster, due to the greater flexibility of the compound compared to a bead-to-bead fabric. The casing is then completed by a 120tpi Nylon layer and a puncture protection layer, also made of aramid.
