SRAM does not rest on its laurels. So, when they found a way to make their crankset lighter and stiffer even lighter, they chose to do so. A new optimized layup reduced the hollow carbon crankarms by 29 g, and to keep up with current fit trends, SRAM added its first carbon crankset.
SRAM added the first carbon crank length option of 160 mm.

The X-Range shifting technology minimizes cadence variations during front shifts, maximizing the power delivery capability.
