Modern and snappy, the ZFS-5 was built for today’s ever-evolving XCO courses: it has to pedal well and be easy to handle, but it also has to be able to tackle every technical section and the difficulties scattered along the circuit. The 67.8 head tube angle of the ZFS-5 offers the precision needed for elbow-to-elbow sprints and the confidence to let off the brakes when the descents become steep. And in the 120 mm build, the 66.6° head angle will give you the confidence you need to push harder and ride faster, even when the track becomes a bit... hellish.
Flat handlebar, suspension... but is it a Cervélo?
The World Cup season has started and we are there too. The ZHT-5 and the ZFS-5, hardtail and full-suspended respectively, made their debut at the Nove Mesto World Cup round. The riders? World Cup veteran and former Dutch XCO national champion Milan Vader and reigning cyclocross world champion Fem van Empel.
