1. Request an Invoice for a Previous Purchase
Do you need an invoice for a previous purchase? Simply send us an email at amministrazione@pro-mstore.com, including your order number, first name, and last name used for the purchase, and we will send you a copy of your invoice.
2. Business Purchases with a VAT Number (B2B)
If you would like to place an order through your company without being charged VAT, we can issue a VAT-exempt proforma invoice. You may then complete the payment conveniently by bank transfer or through a secure credit card payment link.
To request a proforma invoice, please send the following information to amministrazione@pro-mstore.com:
- Company details: Company name, Valid VAT number,Email address,Telephone number
- Addresses: Full billing address, Delivery address
- Order details: SKU codes of the products you wish to purchase (or the corresponding product links from our website), clearly specifying the required size and colour.
3. Shipping to Switzerland and VAT-Free Purchases (Tax-Free)
We regularly ship to Switzerland and offer free shipping on all bicycles.
For VAT and customs handling, you can choose between two purchasing options:
Purchase directly through our website (All-Inclusive):
The price displayed on our website in your selected currency is the final price. By choosing this option, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.
Tax-Free Purchase (Without Italian VAT):
Alternatively, you may request a proforma invoice exempt from Italian VAT. In this case, once the goods arrive in Switzerland, you will be responsible for paying Swiss VAT and any applicable customs duties and import charges in accordance with local regulations.
If you prefer the Tax-Free option, please send us the following information:
- Personal details: First name, Last name, Email address, Telephone number
- Addresses: Billing address, Shipping address
- Product details: Product SKU as shown on our website, Desired size and colour
- Declaration: Written confirmation that you agree to pay the applicable Swiss VAT and customs duties upon import.
