The CASCO URGE ACTIVIST is born from the aim of obtaining an excellent product while respecting the environment. To make this helmet, low environmental impact materials were used: the inner shell is made of recycled EPS, while the outer shell is finished with the ABS coloring process to avoid using paint. The logo, embossed on the shell, has a better look and helps avoid the use of stickers. The straps are made of recycled PET, the packaging contains the minimum amount of plastic bags and other unnecessary devices that end up straight in the trash, and it is also made of plain cardboard. Naturally, along with all virtuous details, Urge has not forgotten comfort, ventilation, look, and above all safety.

The Urge Down-O-Matic RR helmet is the third version of the Down-o-matic, updated to the most current global safety standards and to meet the comfort and ventilation needs of MTB, Enduro, and Super DH bikers. The inner shell is made of EPS material, while the outer shell is composed of fiberglass and flax fiber. Between the two shells are rubber inserts that cushion the impact force and also the shell shape is compatible with protective collars. The face opening is very wide to facilitate ventilation, and the chin guard has been developed to achieve an optimal compromise between rigidity, robustness, and the ability to deform to absorb impacts. With a total of 10 air vents, the Down-O-Matic RR helmet offers high ventilation of the head, even at low speeds, to ensure maximum comfort. The visor, attached to the helmet with aluminum screws, is made of polyethylene and is highly deformable to prevent easy breakage during an impact. It features a double closure for maximum safety, with a small button that secures the excess strap to prevent it from flapping at the neck.
The new Down-o-matic RR is a helmet cared for in the smallest details and comfortable, offering a pleasant sense of solidity and protection without feeling bulky.
