The S-Works Aethos frameset has been designed to create the perfetto combination of ride quality, light weight and style - so you can accelerate even on steep climbs, descend the most technical downhills and be comfortable even during long Sunday rides. But you may wonder, how did we do it? We reinvented the traditional forma of road bikes of the past, changing it slightly to optimize stiffness and balance without compromising weight or strength. With a completely new layup, perfected over many decades, you get the lightest frameset on the market (585 grams for the S-Works frameset misura 56). The Aethos is more than a new bike, it is the beginning of a new generation.
An ultra-light frameset is useless if the riding characteristics do not inspire confidence. This is why for the Aethos we sought the perfetto mix of front and rear stiffness in relation to ride quality. By studying the flexibility and every tiny detail of the carbon fibers, we discovered a lot about how forces pass through the frame. INCREDIBLY CAPABLE—If the Enduro looks like the Demo, it’s because they share a good dose of Downhill DNA. The rearward trajectory of the rear axle reduces rear wheel hang-up in case of impacts against sharp-edged obstacles. The low, forward position of the shock provides stability and confidence at high speeds. The tuned stiffness of the frame guarantees steering precision and rear traction as if it were running on rails.
SURPRISINGLY FAST...BOTH UPHILL AND DOWNHILL—When you push on the pedals, the Enduro will accelerate much faster than you would expect from a bike with these characteristics. Two decades ago, we created the Road Endurance category, proving that ergonomics improve performance. Today, the Roubaix SL8 with the Future Shock 3.0 cartridge is lighter, faster and more comfortable than any other road bike. VIBRATION DAMPING: The Future Shock 3.0 cartridge is the new stella in the firmament, more adjustable and durable. Regardless of the position in sella, every rider can use 20mm of travel, with no friction, between the stem and the head tube. Your hands on the handlebar stay steady, ensuring a smoother ride with greater control so you can be faster, safer and more confident.
The design with lowered clamp exposes a greater portion of the seatpost to increase its flex. The Pavé seatpost ‘controls’ this movement for optimal vertical vibration damping. These two things together form the “AfterShock” technology and, combined with the stiff rear triangle of the Roubaix, create a smooth ride without compromising efficiency.
The Roubaix SL8 is the most comfortable road bike ever tested by our Ride Science Team – it reduces impacts at the handlebar by 53% compared to other bikes in this category. With the Future Shock 3.0 cartridge the wheel flies over the obstacle while the rider remains stabile and holds the line on rough terrain. Normally, the fork flexes backward on impact, causing a loss of speed. It’s scientific: more comfort means more speed.
CAPABILITY: The Roubaix pioneered endurance geometry, giving you the feeling of riding “in” the bike, non “on” the bike. This reduces pressure on hands, shoulders and arms, giving you capability and confidence on any road.
With clearance for tires up to 38c/40mm this endurance road bike provides exceptional traction on broken roads or gravel. Thanks to the light and efficient specialized tires, this larger section has no drawbacks.
The Roubaix makes you want to spend long days in sella, so we decided to equip it with tutto you might need for bike adventures – three bottle cage mounts, top tube bag mount and provisions for optional fenders. You just have to set off!
PERFORMANCE: The new Roubaix SL8 is the most aerodynamic in its class, with new tube profiles generated by our Free Foil library and lowered seatstays. Drawing on the Aethos project – the lightest mass-production road bike – we created the new frame that weighs only 825 grams, in FACT 12r carbon and 50 grams lighter than the previous one. No other bike in this category is faster or lighter than the new Roubaix.

For years, time trial bikes have been designed in in modo very similar way - flat aerodynamic tubing, heavy frames that are difficult to ride, and often approximate braking. For flat and fast courses, as they used to be once, these features might have been acceptable. With today’s technically very demanding courses instead, time trial bikes must be diverse. We have pushed the limits of UCI regulations by adding disc brakes, shaving weight and refining the position. The new Shiv TT is the time trial bike available on the market that allows the widest and simplest customization of the position in sella without compromises

With time trial stages becoming ever more technical and demanding, it was essential to draw on our many years of experience in Research and Development and on the feedback received from professionals, to create the fastest time trial bike on all courses, whether it is a city prologo or a long time trial with major elevation gain. It is not enough to make the fastest bike on a straight. With this in mind, we have shaved weight and improved the handling of the Shiv TT, which now has a completely new profile.
Position adjustment is another cornerstone in the design of the new Shiv TT. Thanks to years of data collection dia Retül professional fittings, we have reworked the geometry and the front end of the bike: spacers, extensions, armrests, position, stability. The handlebar with the stem is a unico piece, simpler and lighter.
Disc brakes are now a necessity in time trials, with variable tempo, tight corners and a road surface that is non perfetto. They allow you to brake only poco before the corner and add stability both in the corner and during acceleration. And don’t worry, they do not add air resistance.

SPECIALIZED S-WORKS TARMAC SL8 2025 FRAME MAIN FEATURES:
AERODYNAMICS: We use aerodynamics where it is most needed, and in the process we have created our fastest road bike ever – yes, more aerodynamic even than the Venge. The front end has been optimized to achieve maximum advantage. The fork steerer is positioned behind the front of the frame’s head tube to offer much lower aerodynamic drag. Thanks to the new UCI rules, for the SL8 we were able to use the narrowest and most aerodynamic seatpost we have ever made, to ensure that the turbulent air around the legs can flow more easily towards the rear of the bike.
LIGHTNESS: To create the Tarmac SL8 and make the most aerodynamic bike while respecting the minimum weight requirements imposed by the UCI, we were inspired by what we learned with the Aethos. The team produced a 685-gram frame, 15% lighter than the Tarmac SL7 and lighter than any other World Tour bike*. By focusing on maximum possible lightness in the down tube area, the seat tube, and the rear of the bike, we applied the lessons learned in the Aethos project. The frame shapes respond so efficiently to stresses that it was possible to reduce material thickness, eliminating the superfluous. *Except for that time when Kasper Asgreen raced with our 585-gram Aethos frame during a Tour stage.
RIDE QUALITY: The stiffness-to-weight ratio of the Tarmac SL8 is 33% better than the SL7. The Tarmac SL8 sets a new benchmark for handling: it is precise in the most demanding situations and responds immediately and efficiently to pedal input. While the areas that ensure power transfer and steering precision are stiffer than ever, in saddle the Tarmac SL8 is more comfortable, filtering 6% more of the vibrations coming from the ground and allowing you to attack corners with a feeling of agility and balance unique in the world of racing bikes. The new Tarmac SL8 retains the proven geometry of the SL7 model, with the same generous clearance for 32 mm tires, so you can use higher-volume tires when necessary.

Let’s be clear, the Stumpjumper EVO is not a normal trail bike. It was built to tackle everything, with adjustable head angle, 150mm of travel, S-Sizing sizes. You will be able to tackle descents with maximum confidence.
Suspension travel is useless without the right kinematics and we kept this well in mind when designing the Stumpjumper EVO. From what we learned in the development of the Enduro and with over 1000 hours of testing in the field and in the lab, we have greatly improved pedaling and created the feeling of capacity, efficiency and liveliness that everyone appreciates. We have increased the anti-squat so that the suspension resists bobbing better, and we have also improved impact absorption on sharp-edged obstacles. In a nutshell, the Stumpjumper descends with full control and climbs with agility.
The S-Sizing geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is the most progressive. Long, low, slack, short-offset fork, a steeper seat tube – they make you pedal better. But the perfect geometry can be different for different riders, ecco why on the Stumpjumper EVO it can be adjusted to six diverse positions. Not only can you raise the bottom bracket by 10mm, you can also adjust the head angle by up to two degrees. Finally, if you like the mullet, on the Stumpjumper EVO you can mount a 27.5" rear wheel combined with a 29" front.
Rider-First Engineered™ technology is a misura-specific approach to design to ensure the same riding characteristics for all sizes. So if you’re not exactly a giant and you ride an S1, or if instead you need the long S6, you will tackle corners with the same confidence, with an equivalent balance of stiffness, tutto at the lowest possible weight.
In 2016 we introduced the SWAT™ compartment in the frame of the Stumpjumper, to be able to store mini-pumps or altro to repair a puncture.
