Who's always wondered where the name Mondraker comes from? It comes from the comic book hero "Mandrake - the Magician."
The Arid Carbon RR SL is authentic, fast, and intuitively invites you to follow your instincts. This makes it the perfect partner for any tour, regardless of what "gravel" means to you. The area around Alicante on the Costa Blanca is known for its hot, dry climate, rocks, and gravel. This (arid) environment has shaped and shaped the people who developed this gravel bike, and this DNA is reflected in the character of the Arid Carbon. Bike design is an essential part of Mondraker's philosophy, and the Arid Carbon is no exception. The low-slung seatstays not only emphasize the aggressive look of a modern gravel bike, but also ensure appropriate comfort and a smooth ride on any terrain. Thanks to Stealth Air Carbon technology, engineers were able to optimize every detail of the frame to the specific needs of gravel riding, ensuring the frame has the right amount of stiffness while still providing sufficient flex where needed. This ensures optimal propulsion during intense pedaling and the necessary grip and comfort on any terrain. Naturally, all cables and lines run through the frame thanks to the HHG Cable Routing system, highlighting the simple design and ensuring a clean look. The Arid Carbon features a total of 6 mounting points for water bottles or similar accessories on the frame and fork. Another highlight is the integrated compartment (Carry-On System), used for the first time on a Mondraker. Here you can safely and quietly store a multitool, tube, energy bars, gels, or even travel documents. The compartment is accessible via a waterproof and dustproof opening in the down tube.
Stealth Air Carbon This technology allows for precise positioning and alignment of the carbon sheets according to the needs of each specific model. The result is a frame with the best balance of strength, stiffness, vibration absorption, and weight, in Mondraker's unmistakable design.
Hidden Housing Guide All cables and lines are routed through the frame for a clean look.
Carry-On System The integrated compartment in the down tube offers plenty of space for a multitool, inner tube, snacks and travel documents.
NOTE: Typical of Mondraker, the Arid Carbon has a very generous reach and the manufacturer recommends a stem length between 60mm and 90mm and a handlebar width between 440mm and 460mm.

Each Mondraker Arid Carbon Unlimited Eclipse frame is equipped with a Stealth Air Carbon fork, front and rear thru axles, an ONOFF S9 Carbon seatpost, and an ONOFF stem, headset, and seat clamp combo, as well as a SRAM UDH derailleur hanger. As with all Arid Carbon models, the frame features the Carry-On system, complete with an ONOFF bag kit for organizing tools, snacks, and spare parts.
