This value is expressed in millimeters or inches, and by multiplying it by the rear suspension linkage multiplier value, you can determine the frame's wheel travel. When you sit on the saddle, the shock absorber sinks, also called "negative travel" or Seg (maximum 25% of the total travel). Compression adjusts the speed at which the shock absorber compresses, while rebound adjusts the speed at which it extends.
