VITTORIA AIR LINER The VITTORIA AIR LINER is an MTB insert that represents an excellent compromise between stability and traction and ensures controlled, comfortable riding. It is inserted inside tubeless tires and replaces part of the volume occupied by the air. A smaller amount of air allows the tire to deform to the terrain and absorb impacts more effectively than a normal tubeless tire. The air liner is waterproof and does not absorb the liquid sealant: high performance is always guaranteed and the sealant can perform its function at its best. Built from high-density polymer foam that guarantees long product life and durability, it allows riders to tackle even the most extreme descents with confidence. It provides a robust barrier between rim and tire, offering unprecedented protection against punctures, sidewall cuts, and pinch flats. The Air-Liner Protect Downhill version uses a higher-density foam than the enduro version, meticulously engineered to withstand the extreme, relentless forces encountered on high-speed descents. Unlike its predecessor, Air-Liner Protect Downhill comes as a complete ring, with the ends already welded, eliminating the need for cutting and zip ties. TechnologyAir-Liner Protect Downhill is made with a high-density expanded material formula specifically designed for downhill needs. The material is compatible with any type of liquid sealant. It is available in 2 wheel sizes (27.5" and 29"), each compatible with tires from 2.4" to 2.6". The “T” shape creates a barrier between the edges of the rim and the inner side of the tire. Air-Liner Protect does not affect tire rolling. Under air pressure, the insert collapses onto the rim, creating a seal capable of withstanding even the hardest impacts. With Air-Liner Protect, no foreign object can roll around inside the tire. Air-Liner Protect supports the tire sidewalls under cornering load. You can take corners at full speed: there is no risk of your tires burping off the rim.
