The original design, which debuted on the trails thirteen years ago and upon which the foundations of Mucky Nutz are built, has remained largely unchanged since 2012. It has withstood the evolution of fork design and tire profiles, confirming itself as a firm favorite among enthusiasts. It still represents a high-quality first line of defense against mud, water, and debris today. We took the opportunity to make some improvements: greater functionality, extended compatibility, and a reduction in the use of single-use plastics. The special reflective gray finish increases visibility in low light conditions, reflecting light from a much greater distance than standard colors. Better visibility on the road translates to greater safety for you. MUCKY NUTZ FACE FENDER MAIN FEATURES: Extended length: from 225 mm to 245 mm, for superior protection against splashes and dirt. Folding front lip: inclusion of a contoured front lip to drastically reduce forward spray. Increased width: from 255 mm to 270 mm, for full compatibility with Boost forks and large tires. Seal protection: improved arm profile to effectively shield fork seals. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Quick and intuitive assembly and disassembly. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: Velcro (included): 1 cm wide tape. The connection is robust, water-resistant, and reusable. The tape is approximately 80 cm long and should be cut according to the circumference of the fork legs and arch, allowing for an overlap of about 3 cm. Zip ties (optional): for a permanent and fixed attachment.
