Then we make those products available to all cyclists in modo that they can get the same performance benefits as the pros. The casco S-Works TT 5 is an excellent example of our Made In Racing approach. Remco Evenepoel and Kasper Asgreen of Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl spent countless hours in our Win Tunnel until we obtained the fastest TT casco we have ever made. Using CFD modeling, the casco team redesigned the TT casco by positioning the rear of the casco closer to the rider’s shoulders, reducing the vortice d'aria that creates drag. The casco S-Works TT 5 features a Classe 1 optical shield for zero distortion when looking at la strada, unlike traditional lenti that are typically formed with clear plastic. The shield has a water-repellent coating to help shed moisture in caso of bad weather on race day, as well as a high-quality anti-fog coating (EN166).
