The ThermaFlow 5.0 MTB Thermal Breathable Jacket is designed for riders who refuse to skip the trails even when the cold sets in. Developed for high-intensity MTB rides in harsh conditions, it combines wind protection, consistent warmth, and outstanding breathability, allowing you to push hard on climbs and enjoy descents without getting soaked in sweat. The custom-developed dual-weave fabric combines a fully windproof and water-resistant outer shell with an internally ventilated fleece made with GRAPHENE yarn: lightweight, durable, and thermally efficient, it distributes heat evenly and keeps you in your comfort zone even when temperatures drop. No rigid laminates: the structure is engineered to maximize airflow, while the PFAS-free water-repellent and stain-resistant treatment, taped seams, and snug elastic cuffs protect you from the elements.

The Ride Adaptive Hood (RAhD) with a patent-pending magnetic system always stays where it should: attached to your helmet while riding or secured on your back when not in use, preventing any parachute effect. And when the climb gets long, the ClimbVent connector allows you to ride with the jacket fully open, increasing ventilation without compromising stability. Perfect as a standalone layer on cold, dry days or as a mid-layer under a shell when the weather worsens, the ThermaFlow 5.0 is made with bluesign® approved fabrics and plastic-free packaging: more respect for the environment, more comfort on the trails.
