- The entire world travel is pointless without proper shock tuning and kinematics. For the new Stumpjumper EVO design, we prioritized performance in kinematics. Applying the lessons learned during Enduro development, plus over 1,000 hours of field and lab suspension development, not only did we improve the Stumpjumper’s pedaling performance, but we made it more capable, agile, and lively. We increased anti-squat so the suspensions resist pedaling bob better, and we further improved impact performance on sharp jolts. In short? This thing destroys trails, not legs.
- The new Stumpjumper EVO’s S-Sizing geometry is the most progressive yet. Long, low, slack fork, short offset, steeper seat-tube angle: these are the prerequisites for modern progressive riding. But not everyone jibs the same way, which is why the new Stumpjumper EVO geometry is fully adjustable with six different settings. You can adjust the BB height by 10 mm, you can adjust the head angle by two degrees, and you can make these adjustments independently. Finally, if you want to go full mullet mode, the EVO lets you run a 27.5" rear wheel paired with a 29" front wheel.
