EXTRA CHUNKY ESIGRIPS HANDLES
MTB Esigrips Chunky grips are the ones champions use most. Made from silicone sponge material, the Chunky are recommended for those who expect the utmost comfort. They weigh about 80g each and are thus very light, thanks also to the absence of any metal collar. The cap that fits on the end of the handlebar, detached from the grip, is made entirely of plastic material with the ESI logo rubberized at the end. The grips have the peculiarity of not maintaining the same thickness all around the circumference, but about halfway around the grip it is slightly thicker to ensure perfect contact with the palm and to dampen the vibrations from the ground as much as possible.
They differ from their Esigrips Chunky sisters in thickness and weight: the Extra Chunky grips have a thickness of 34mm, slightly higher than the first, and a weight of 80g.

Installation
To install the grips you will need to remove the previous ones with soap and possibly grease the handlebar. Then, moisten the handlebar with alcohol and slip them on, taking care. At first they may move, but the alcohol will evaporate and soon they will not move anymore.
