In addition to a 100 g reduction in frame and fork weight, attention was paid to every single component, resulting in a total weight saving of 326 g across all Cervélo proprietary components.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRace-ready geometry: In terms of handling and ride quality, the geometry of the new R5 remains virtually unchanged, aside from a slight adjustment to the BB drop that allows for tires up to 29 mm.
