The Chisel is the lightest dual-suspension alloy bike in the world. It is 18.4% lighter than similar models in its category and, thanks to the kinematics and geometry of its bigger sister Epic 8, the Chisel delivers excellent performance on every ride.

SPEED METAL: Thanks to D'Aluisio Smartweld, the Chisel boasts the lightest XC aluminum frame in its category. Each tube is highly manipulated and features differentiated wall thicknesses and profiles that provide stiffness where needed, for efficiency, vibration absorption, comfort, and optimal control.

CAPACITY: with 110mm travel suspensions tuned Ride Dynamics, the Chisel's performance pedigree can be traced directly to the Epic 8, our World Cup race machine. The advanced suspension kinematics DNA of the Epic 8, the Ride Dynamics-tuned suspensions, and the progressively refined geometry for technical World Cup courses are all found in the Chisel, making it more than capable of handling varied terrain with confidence and speed.
