The CANNONDALE SCALPEL HT CARBON 4 is an XC hardtail MTB specifically designed to make a difference uphill, downhill, and to always set the best time. The open head angle (66.5°) increases the stability and control needed when going fast downhill. The Scalpel HT Proportional Response design, size-specific, increases the chainstay length as the frame size grows, to always provide a central riding position for maximum handling and traction. The internal cable routing allows using full housings for maximum reliability in any weather, or pass only the wire to save weight. Specific flex zones, positioned on the upper stays, absorb impacts and dampen hits from the ground, improving control and reducing fatigue to ride harder and longer.
